The story begins with a one-owner family home. After years of memories, it's now time to sell, and how does the family go about cleaning out over 50+ years of furniture, moments, and personal effects? With multiple decision-makers and loads of emotion and personalities, the guidance provided to get the home ready for the market had to be tailored for each family member and still meet the goals to get the home sold for the best price and the least amount of repairs. Photos were shot twice to capture the memories mom would be proud to say goodbye to. After the first set of photos as the listing agent, I determined the property would appeal much more after the family removed as many personal items as possible from all the visible surfaces. So the family came together, and with a weekend clean-up plan, the house was ready for the second set of photos.
