Happy November this month is about sharing and giving. Below are some fun local events you may want to add to your calendar for the start of the holiday season.
November 11th, 6:30 pm - Join me for the official Grand Opening of the JohnHart La Crescenta Campus office. Come check out the space and enjoy lots of great food. 2428 Foothill Blvd., La Crescenta.(Postponed)- November 18th, 9:00 am – 11:30 am Volunteer and help decorate the La Crescenta Christmas Tree at the La Crescenta Library.
- November 7th, 14th, 21st 3:00-5:30 pm Low-Cost Pet Vaccine Clinic at the DIY Center, 6300 Foothill Blvd. Tujunga. More info 800-988-VETS
- November 25th Community Center of La Canada Flintridge 28th Annual Thanksgiving Day Run and Food Drive: 5K and Kid's Mile. Starting November 1st, donate non-perishable goods at CCLCF to help provide for those in need.
- December 8th La Crescenta Christmas Tree Lighting with Supervisor Kathryn Barger. This lighting will be a short event in the front La Crescenta Library courtyard. More details to follow on our La Crescenta Christmas Tree Lighting Facebook Page, including any COVID protocol. The event is going to be live-streamed as well, with details to follow.
- Pending event date. Keep an eye out for FREE pics with Santa in early December. I'll post on my Facebook page. If you are not on Facebook, please feel free to shoot me a text or email.
Real estate and the holidays; I get this comment all the time as the holiday season approaches. "I hear the holiday season is a bad time to put your house on the market." My response, absolutely not true. There is a list of reasons this is an advantageous time for home sellers—waiting for the new year? I recommend setting aside some time to strategize for the perfect time to list your home in 2022. It's all about strategy and planning. Let's chat.
